We are looking to appoint a skilled, passionate and driven EYFS Phase Leader to join our dedicated team and help shape the very earliest experiences of our learners.
This is an exciting opportunity for an outstanding practitioner who is committed to giving every child the best possible start to their education and who can provide strategic, imaginative and impactful leadership across the Early Years Foundation Stage.
As part of this role, you will join the Senior Leadership Team, contributing to whole school development and strategic decision making. You will also work closely with us as partners of the Stronger Practice Hub, enabling you to be part of regional innovation, evidence-based practice and professional collaboration at the highest level.
As EYFS Phase Leader, you will:
- Provide inspirational leadership in our EYFS setting
- Ensure high‑quality provision that nurtures the development, wellbeing and achievement of all EYFS pupils
- Drive high standards in teaching, learning and assessment
- Support the development, wellbeing and professional growth of the EYFS team
- Ensure an enabling, nurturing and creative learning environment
- Contribute actively as a member of the Senior Leadership Team
- Support our collaboration with the Stronger Practice Hub to embed innovative and research informed practice
- Strengthen partnerships with families and the wider community
