Teaching Assistant Level 3

We are seeking to recruit a suitably experienced Teaching Assistant to join our caring, successful and well-respected school. The vacancy is to provide support for Primary pupils, including class cover.

The successful applicant will:

• Hold at least a recognised NVQ Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent
• Be able to demonstrate very good relationships with children and adults
• Be able to motivate children and inspire them to learn
• Have experience of working across all primary phases – Early Years, Key Stage 1 and 2

– Have experience of whole class teaching

• Be a good team player
• Be willing to coordinate an after-school activity

Other duties commensurate with the grade of the post as required by the Headteacher or Senior Leadership Team.
