Whitehouse Primary School are seeking to appoint a Teaching Assistant Level 2 to join the school and support in Upper Key Stage 2.
This is an exciting opportunity to work under guidance of teaching/senior staff, to help create a supportive an engaging learning environment for our pupils.
This is a fixed-term position until 31st August 2026, working term time only plus 5 training days.
We are looking for a colleague who has:
- Teaching Assistant Level 2 qualification.
- Working knowledge of national/foundation curriculum and other relevant learning programmes/strategies.
- Experience of working in a school environment, ideally in Key Stage 2.
- Ability to develop good relationships with children and to work with them to promote high standards of behaviour and co-operation.
- Able to work with minimal supervision and use own initiative.
