High Tunstall College of Science is seeking to appoint an outstanding Teacher of English, to ensure all of our young people are able to achieve their potential in the subject. Here at High Tunstall College, the English team is known as the Communications Faculty; we currently deliver AQA English Language/ Literature and WJEC Media Studies.
The Communications Faculty is at the heart of the development of High Tunstall College of Science and is instrumental in securing future success. As a Faculty, we strive to improve students’ future life chances by engaging them in purposeful and interesting learning experiences, instilling independence in them and giving them as many opportunities as we possibly can. The successful applicant would
be joining the team at a very exciting time and would take a significant lead in driving forward the progress and experiences of the students that we teach at High Tunstall.

High Tunstall College of Science is a school that serves the community of North West of Hartlepool and its surrounding villages.
