We require an Inclusion Support Assistant to join our Pastoral Team. You will work under the direction of a Pastoral Year Leader in supporting students wellbeing and conduct in Year 9 (2023/24). The successful applicant will have experience of working with young people and their families and the ability to communicate effectively with students and parents / carers.
This is a fast paced job in a dynamic environment. The successful candidate will have a natural empathy and warmth towards young people, whilst being able to remain authoritative and consistent with school policy and procedures.
