The Governing Body and Headteacher are seeking to appoint an outstanding, experienced, hardworking and motivated Upper KS2 Phase Leader to join our team.
We are looking for:
- An exemplary classroom practitioner with a proven commitment to high expectations and raising standards for all groups of children
- A proven record of raising attainment of all children and good or better progress for pupils
- Evidence of continually improving the teaching and learning in a whole school curriculum area or phase over a period of time
The successful candidate will strategically lead the Upper KS2 phase and work closely in partnership with the Lower KS2 Phase Leader and SLT to ensure the school delivers the highest standards of care and education for all the children in Key Stage 2.
