Our trust is a collaborative partnership of six primary and secondary schools. The vision for our trust is to be an outstanding MAT, providing the best education, and outcomes for all of our students.
A new opportunity has arisen for an experienced Estates and Premises Manager to join our central service team. You will be joining the trust at an exciting time as it is set for further growth and as we continue to develop our central business support services.
You will work closely with the Head of Business Services leading on the management of the Trust’s estates, ensuring on-going maintenance of all premises, the effective delivery of premises services and compliance with Health and Safety matters. To plan and implement the capital program across the trust’s estates.
You will be working closely with internal stake holders ensuring the trust properties are safe, an effective environment to support teaching and learning, and adheres to statutory legislation and regulatory requirements. This post is key to developing a centralised function, in all areas including maintenance, capital works and strategic planning, both short and long term.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with an Estates and Premises background, ideally with experience in embedding strong estate management routines and robust Health and Safety processes across multiple sites.
Whilst it is possible to provide schools with some support remotely, to carry out an effective partnering service you will be required to travel within the region. NEAT Academy Trust
NEAT Academy Trust, usually known as NEAT, was formed in 2017 from an existing collaboration of schools within North East England.
Academy trusts are charitable companies set up to provide education for the public benefit. We are a “mixed” multi-academy trust as we were established to include both non-faith and Church of England schools.
