The successful applicant will demonstrate the ability to work in partnership with teachers and other professionals to provide effective support for learning and to contribute to pupil progress through delivery and evaluation of activities, both in whole class and group situations. Teaching Assistants also contribute, on a session basis, to the provision of our wraparound care facility – Busy Bees (which operates between the hours of 7.30am and 6.00pm).
Character and personality are important aspects of working with children – and in our school team! You need to be patient, encouraging, determined and resilient. If you feel that this could be you, then please complete the application form provided.
The ideal candidate will already have successful experience of working in a primary school with children who have a range of abilities and additional needs. Our talented team of teaching assistants are also qualified to at least NVQ Level 3 or equivalent and this will be a requirement of these posts too.

An opportunity to look around school is offered at 4.00pm on Wednesday 18th September. Please confirm via email or telephone if you would like to attend.
Shortlisting will be completed on Friday 27th September 2024 and shortlisted candidates will be e-mailed to invite them for interview. The interviews will be on Wednesday 2nd October 2024 at Rosa Street Primary School. Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
