Benfield Sports Centre have their own team of staff who run the centre during these times enabling thousands of children and adults to take part in a varied programme of activities each week.
We are looking for someone who can deliver fun and engaging sessions with enthusiasm, that is a Level 2 Swimming Teacher to work within our well-established and hugely popular swimming programme.
This vacancy is permanent, part time 8 hours per week, term time only with fixed shifts on Wednesdays 4.30-6pm and Saturday 8.30-3pm. (These hours can be split between 2 or more candidates).
You will be keen, multi-skilled and motivated, and we’re looking for the following qualifications, skills and attributes:
- Experience working within a busy swim school
- ASA / Swim England Level 2 or STA Award and Certificate
- NPLQ / NRASTC or equivalent
- To write but also adapt lesson plans to ensure progress for all
- Ability to ensure high standards are maintained and a knowledge of health and safety and safeguarding
