We are seeking to appoint a vibrant and hardworking Special Educational Needs Support Assistant. We are looking for someone who is flexible and willing to provide classroom support under the direction of the SENDCo/teacher, answering and responding to pupils’ social, emotional and physical needs.
We are looking for a Special Educational Needs Support Assistant to work within our school, who can inspire and who has:
• Knowledge of the Primary Curriculum
• Learning Support Assistant Level 3 qualification or equivalent and relevant SEN qualifications
• Motivation to work with children and young people
• Emotional resilience when working with challenging behaviours
