Tyneview Primary School is seeking to appoint a Support Assistant Level 2 in Early Years. We are looking for someone who is flexible and willing to provide classroom support under the direction of the teacher, answering to pupils’ social, emotional and physical needs.
We are looking for a colleague who has:
- Early years qualification approved as full and relevant by the Department for Education (DfE)
- Ability to use language and other communication skills that children can understand and relate to.
- Ability to empathise with the needs of children and in particular able to establish positive relationships with pupils.
- Ability to supervise groups of pupils.
