We’re seeking to appoint an experienced teacher to lead our Modern Foreign Languages department, collaborating with colleagues to deliver an exciting and engaging curriculum.
You will have excellent subject knowledge to build a successful MFL (Spanish) department from the ground up. This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to take their first steps into middle leadership, where they will be supported to grow and mould their own practice.
We’re look for a teacher who can inspire and influence and who has;
- Experience working with a team of colleagues to achieve shared priorities.
- Clear vision and passion for the design and delivery of an engaging MFL curriculum.
- Effective classroom management skills with the ability to encourage high standards and expectations of all our learners.
