The Directors and Governors of this highly successful Catholic Academy, a member of the Bishop Hogarth Catholic Education Trust, wish to appoint a Site Supervisor to start as soon as possible.
The role will include a wide range of responsibilities and duties connected with the fabric of the building, health and safety, grounds and facilities maintenance and security.
Working hours to be discussed, however flexibility regarding start and finish times is essential to allow for possible lettings or later finishing school activities when required.
We offer 32 days annual leave plus bank holidays, Occupational pension, sick pay and bike to work scheme.
Duties will include:
- General building maintenance and repairs
- Security of the school’s premises and grounds
- To undertake general portage duties
- To ensure that the premises are open for use as and when required in accordance with the needs of the Academy and securing the premises after use
- Responsibility for supervising outside agencies/contractors whilst on site
- Moving furniture and equipment around the school premises
- Bus bay duty on an afternoon when school finishes to ensure safety of the students
- Driving the school mini-bus when required
