The Directors and Governors of Bishop Hogarth Catholic Education Trust and Governors of The English Martyrs Catholic School and Sixth Form College are seeking to Site Supervisor to start as soon as possible. The successful applicant is required to support the lettings and hire of facilities and do maintenance of the building. This post will involve working split shifts opening the school early and closing late. You should enjoy working in a busy team environment and be a proactive highly flexible worker. The role will include a wide range of responsibilities and duties connected with the fabric of the building, health and safety, grounds and facilities maintenance and security.
You will need to:
•Be a hands-on individual who can develop and implement systems/procedures.
•Be sympathetic to environmental concerns regarding the school and grounds.
•Contribute to projects and maintenance schedules.
•Be practical, with good DIY skills.
You will be supported by a site team and will assist in the opening and closing of the buildings on a rota which will include some weekends, acting as a key holder.
