We are currently seeking an exceptional Senior Administrator (temporary maternity cover) to collaborate closely with our School Business Manager, ensuring seamless administrative operations.
We are proud to be part of the Bishop Wilkinson Catholic Education Trust, a family of secondary, middle, primary and first schools in Durham, Gateshead, Northumberland and Sunderland. Bishop Wilkinson is the largest catholic education trust in the North East of England and will have a total of 48 schools. This is an exciting time to join our supportive, and growing team.
The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of administrative experience, preferably within an educational setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing efficient, effective, and precise administrative support.
- Utilising strong ICT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software systems.
- Capturing, organising, and retrieving information accurately.
- Demonstrating exceptional verbal and written communication.
- Exhibiting excellent organisational skills and adaptability in approach.
- Thriving both independently and as a collaborative team member.
- Prior experience with Schools Management Information Systems, particularly Arbor, is advantageous.
