Senior Admin Assistant required as soon as possible.
Governors are seeking to appoint a qualified and experienced Senior Administrative Assistant to support the Administrative functions of the school.
The duties of the post include (but are not limited to):
- Carry out duties related to school meals using Arbor
- Prepare/input pupil data as required by the school, LA, DfE and other relevant agencies.
- Administer pupil admission/leaving procedures
- Distribute information to parents
- Contact parents to ascertain non-attendance and to prepare attendance reports for Headteacher
- Administration of educational visits
- Process invoices using Oracle
- Take minutes of meetings of the Governing Body
