The Director of Bishop Hogarth Catholic Education Trust and Governors of The English Martyrs Catholic School and Sixth Form College are seeking to appoint an experience Senior Administration Officer.
We are looking to appoint a professional, confident and empathetic individual who has the ability to maintain these qualities in a busy office environment.
The successful candidate will work under the direct supervision of the Office Manager to assist with the running and organisation of the school. The school is looking for candidates who are:
- Interested in schools and children’s education.
- Well organised and self-reliant with the ability to manage and prioritise workload and organise complex material and appointments.
- Solution focused with a positive attitude.
- An excellent communicator, at all levels.
- Courteous and sensitive in dealing with often confidential issues.
- Well organised and can work effectively with a range of stakeholders.
- Flexible and adaptable.
Our School is a vibrant, forward thinking and Christ-centred place to work.
The working week is Monday to Friday, typically between the hours of 8am and 5pm with a one-hour lunch break.
