 Main Pay Range / Upper Pay Range (£30,000 – £41,333 / £43,266 – £46,525 per annum)

Plus a TLR2a – £7,847 per annum

To commence April 2024 or as soon as possible

Staff recognise the improvements in pupils’ behaviour and now feel well supported by leaders. Pupils feel safe at school. Staff said the school is well led by the new headteacher … leaders are clear about the actions they are taking. One member of staff said, “it feels like we are a team again.”

We require a passionate, talented science teacher and developing leader who will contribute to our journey of improvement. We are offering a high TLR of £7,847 for the right candidate who can demonstrate they are a consistently good classroom teacher with a passion for making a difference to children’s lives. This may be open to negotiation depending on experience.
