Job Description
Talbot House Children’s Charity are looking to recruit an experienced, highly organised, and pro-active term-time only School Administrator to oversee the administration requirements of Talbot House School.
We are a small non-maintained special school with pupils ranging from Key Stage 1 to Key Stage 4. All pupils have an EHCP with complex needs.
Previous experience of working within an administration role is essential, ideally gained within a school environment. This role will work as part of a wider administration team as the School Administrator will cover reception from time to time, therefore, previous reception experience, ideally within a similar environment, would be advantageous but not essential. Hours of work are Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:00pm, or alternatively, you could work Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 4:30pm (37.5 hours per week, including a 30-minute unpaid lunch break with meals provided).
Working term time only plus up to 5 required days (40 weeks), annual leave is taken during the school holiday periods.
Salary: £20,545.93 (£23,636.91 FTE – 45.2 weeks).
Starting date: September 2023.
