The Governors and Headteacher wish to appoint a highly motivated Administration Assistant to join our team. The successful applicant will work very closely with both the Headteacher and Business Manager, who will also line manage this post.
The Administrative Assistant will be required to perform office duties such as answering the phone, typing up notes from meetings, signing visitors into the site, managing online payments from parents, typing up and the creation of school documentation. Speaking with parents/carers and other professionals will also be an aspect of the role.
Woodlea Primary School are in the process of joining Eden Learning Trust.
