We are looking to appoint a Pastoral Support Worker to join our newly established team and play a key role in the Academy as we move forward. In this vital role, you will focus on the wellbeing and personal development of students, helping them overcome social, emotional, and behavioural challenges to fully engage across the curriculum. Reporting to the Deputy Headteacher, you will provide both one-on-one and group support, as well as help in managing behaviour incidents. This will involve liaise with parents, staff, and external agencies to ensure students can thrive in a safe and supportive environment.
If you have experience working with young people, strong communication skills, and a good understanding of safeguarding and behaviour management, then we want to hear from you. As this is a new role, you will play a part in developing and implementing the plan to ensure we continue to improve what we do and how we do it.
