The Trust are seeking to appoint a School Business Manager across three of our school sites in Northumberland- St Joseph’s Catholic Middle School, St Mary’s Catholic First School and St Matthew’s Catholic Primary School.
As the School Business Manager, you will be part of the Senior Leadership Team at each school site and will have exceptional organisational, time management and planning skills. The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, be enthusiastic for the role, have the ability to motivate others, as well as a successful record of being able to negotiate with both internal and external customers.
We are seeking an individual to:
- Be responsible for all administrative staff across each school site.
- Discreetly deal with confidential information, meeting different needs of stakeholders.
- Work closely with the Headteachers at each school site and the Chief Operations Officer within the Trust. The core purpose of the role will be to support the Headteachers with all business innovation, Health and Safety, Financial Monitoring, Facilities Management, Personnel and Administrative aspects of each school site.
