Join our team and play a vital role in ensuring our pupils have a safe, nourishing and welcoming lunchtime experience. This is an ideal role for those with experience of being around children either professionally or personally such as parent, guardian or family member.
As a Lunchtime Supervisor, you will:
- Lead and supervise play: Organise engaging activities for children aged 3-11.
- Promote positive behaviour: Encourage respectful and appropriate behaviour during lunchtime.
- Ensure safety and well-being: Monitor children’s safety and well-being in the playground and dining hall.
- Foster social skills: Help children develop problem-solving and relationship-building skills.
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Passionate about education: Dedicated to making a positive impact on children’s lives.
- Creative and engaging: Able to inspire and motivate children.
- Organised and reliable: Can manage responsibilities effectively.
- A team player: Works well with colleagues and collaborates effectively.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal English language skills.
