St Patrick’s Catholic Primary School – Consett are seeking to appoint a Lunchtime Supervisory Assistant. You will be reliable, conscientious, and able to work with a range of colleagues and as part of a team.
We are seeking an individual to:
- Good social skills and an ability to communicate effectively
- Initiative, as well as the ability to work as part of a team
- Patience and sensitivity in dealing with children, with an ability to empathise and respond to individual needs
- Developed the skills of Confidentiality, Punctuality and Reliability
The successful candidate will:
- be reliable and keeps good time.
- be able to understand and follow straightforward spoken and written instructions.
- have strength, dexterity, and co-ordination to use a range of cleaning tools and equipment.
- maintain an awareness of surroundings and safe working methods.
- have a willingness to undertake job related training.
- be committed to the provision of quality services to achieving customer satisfaction.

Bishop Wilkinson Catholic Education Trust, formerly The Trinity Catholic Multi Academy Trust was set up on 1 February 2012. Cardinal Hume Catholic School, Gateshead was the first school in the trust.
Bishop Wilkinson Catholic Education Trust, is currently a family of 5 secondary schools and 21 primary schools from across Gateshead, Sunderland, Durham and Northumberland, in the west of the Diocese of Hexham and Newcastle. The Trust is expanding rapidly and will reach a total of 48 schools by Summer 2022.
