We wish to appoint a Level 3 Teaching Assistant (Enhanced) to a permanent position, to:
- Support teaching and learning
- Deliver learning to individuals, groups and, on occasion, the whole class
- Assist with planning, monitoring and assessment
- Support the management of pupils
- Protect and promote pupil welfare
- Work flexibly and collaboratively
The successful candidate will:
- Possess Level 3 Teaching Assistant or equivalent, relevant qualification
- Possess A-C in GCSE Mathematics and English or equivalent, relevant qualification
- Have experience of working successfully as a Teaching Assistant
- Have excellent communication skills
- Have high expectations of themselves and others
- Be committed to the safety and welfare of pupils
- Have a working knowledge of the primary curriculum
- Be supportive of the Catholic ethos of the school and its community
