Working with our AEN (Additional Educational Needs) pupils, your role is to deliver in-class support as well as a range of bespoke interventions. Emphasis will be placed on working with individual students and small groups to identify barriers to learning and to address these so that pupils make strong progress.
You’ll be supporting with:
Providing pupils with the level and type of support they need, whilst at the same time encouraging the pupils towards independence.
Promoting positive behaviour in line with school policies by the use of praise and encouragement.
