LEARNING MENTOR
Actual Salary £17,717 – £18,018 (Scale Range 10-11)
30 hours per week, term time only

We are seeking to appoint a Learning Mentor to support students identified as having special educational needs and disabilities. Your role will involve working with students in lessons and on an individual basis, across all year groups, as directed by the SENDCo.
The successful candidates will need to have:
- Qualifications to at least A-level standard with GCSE in both English and maths
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Be a good team player
- Be able to form a constructive rapport with students to enable them to engage successfully with learning
- Experience of working with students with special educational needs and disabilities at secondary school level would also be desirable
