We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic teacher to join our successful happy team.  Teesville is part of the IRIS Learning Trust. The school works collaboratively with its partner schools across the Trust, developing pedagogy, using evidence-based research and innovating the curriculum on offer to all pupils. Alongside a talented, dedicated workforce, pupils enjoy coming to school. Teesville is well established within the community and enjoys a reputation of excellence, inclusion and success.  Our school is a warm, supportive place to teach and learn.

Our new member of staff would ideally have:

• Excellent, up to date, knowledge of the national curriculum
• Highly skilled in the teaching of early reading and phonics
• Experience of using assessment and observations to inform effective planning
• An understanding of how the learning environment contributes to learning
• An understanding of how to improve outcomes and raise achievement for all children
• An effective communicator and team member who can work in an environment of collective accountability.
• A commitment to working in close partnership with staff, governors, parents and the wider community
• A commitment to your own professional development
• A willingness to contribute and shape practice across school
