We are looking for an honest, calm and kind practitioner to join our Trust and have the following vacancy for a Facilities Maintenance Operative covering our Trust sites in Newcastle and Sunderland.
The post is permanent, full time, 37hours although you will be paid for 38 hours a week during the school year (52 weeks) as once a month you will be required to work an additional 4 hours on either a Saturday or Sunday.
The salary is N4 £25,584- £26,409 per annum. The post holder will be required to ensure the buildings and grounds are fit for purpose; maintain the cleanliness/condition of the academy premises and surrounding grounds and ensure the delivery of the service is in accordance with customer service standards, policies and procedures.
