Executive Director of Education – Permanent
The Education Village Academy Trust (EVAT) is seeking a stand-out Executive Director of Education to lead educational excellence across our diverse family of schools. As the Trust’s most senior education leader, you will ensure every school delivers a high‑quality, inclusive education and meets the needs of all children and young people.
You will shape and deliver our Trust‑wide education strategy, oversee school performance, and drive continuous improvement across curriculum, pedagogy, outcomes and culture. As a key member of the executive team, you will support organisational growth, ensure strong governance and compliance, and deputise for the CEO when required.
Working closely with school and central leaders, you will align resources, staffing and systems with strategic priorities, strengthen workforce development, and promote a culture of accountability and high ambition. You will also represent EVAT with external partners and contribute to due diligence for new schools joining the Trust.
This is a high‑impact role for a strategic, values‑driven leader committed to delivering excellence across a diverse Trust.
