We are seeking to appoint an experienced and motivated Estates Compliance and Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) Co-ordinator to join our growing academy Trust. Reporting to the Head of Estates this key individual will contribute to the effective development of the trusts estates strategy by working closely with a multidisciplinary estates and facilities team to ensure a safe, efficient and effective environment over Laidlaw Schools Trusts growing portfolio.

One of the great things about this exciting new role is the varied work with the ability to make a difference.
You will take ownership of key information and work collaboratively with key stakeholders to ensure the facilities are safe, purposeful and fully compliant. You will be the custodian of all inspection documentation, including policies and risk assessments and therefore will work with confidentiality.
You will support the wider estates team in creating a positive safety-first culture and will be brave to challenge colleagues when standards aren’t being met. You will have a positive outlook and the interpersonal skills to deal with internal and external stakeholders.
You will keep the compliance management system up to date and accurate by inputting, monitoring, and verifying data as well as producing a high standard of compliance performance reports to management.
