If so, we would love to hear from you! At Hadrian Park Primary we are looking to appoint a highly motivated, flexible early year’s practitioner to be part of the nursery team. We are looking for someone who is up for a challenge and wants to get stuck in with all aspects of our school life!
We are looking for a committed, flexible and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our Early Years Department. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate:
- Good interpersonal skills
- The ability to enthuse and inspire children
- A knowledge of early child development
- The flexibility to work in a wide range of situations, both as a member of a team, and on their own initiative.
- The motivation to achieve the very best for the children in your care and be relentless in the pursuit of excellence
- Excellent communication skills
- A good sense of humour!
Applicants should hold a level 3 teaching assistant qualification or equivalent, or be willing to undertake additional training once in post. A recent knowledge of the current Early Years Foundation Stage framework is essential, and practical experience of working with children within the age range of 0-5.
