We are looking to appoint a Director of Mathematics to provide exceptional leadership of this important area of our work across our Trust; in particular across our secondary schools.
This is an exciting, first-time post and the successful candidate will work with senior leadership teams, Heads of Department and their teams predominantly in our secondary schools to build on the Trust’s quality of teaching and learning, agree on best practices and then work together to make our approaches world class.
We’re looking for a high calibre, high performing Director of Mathematics, with an impressive track record of improving outcomes for pupils, ideally across multiple schools. Your leadership will ensure that our pupils experience educational excellence every day, that there is inspiring and impactful teaching and learning in every classroom, and that each one of our pupils can achieve exceptional outcomes.
You will be a key member of the Trust’s successful and committed wider School Improvement Team, which comprises professionals with a wide variety of experience.
