Dayspring Trust is a strong Church of England Multi-Academy Trust, with Secondary Schools in Stockton and Sunderland.  We are currently in the process of a merger to bring Dayspring Trust and Northern Lights Learning Trust together in Spring 2023, so this is an exciting time to join us.

Due to the promotion of the current post holder to their first Headship role, we are seeking a dynamic, outstanding professional who will inspire and motivate all within our school community.  The successful applicant will have a proven track record of success working within a Senior Leadership Team and be passionate about high quality pastoral care, including removing barriers to learning for children such as attendance, behaviour and welfare.  The role of Deputy Head Teacher is a fantastic opportunity for a strong, talented and experienced school leader to work in partnership with families, staff and pupils to create a high-performance culture where achievement, excellence and inclusion are embedded into everything we do.
