St Thomas More Catholic School is a co-educational Catholic Academy which provides for the education needs of 11-18 year old pupils from the west of Gateshead L.A. We are part of the Diocese of Hexham and Newcastle and have a strong commitment to Catholic Education.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Curriculum Technician to join St Thomas More Catholic School.
We are seeking an individual to
- Provide technical support for teaching colleagues as they prepare for and deliver lessons.
- Support lesson delivery by preparing resources in advance and supporting students when required.
- Prepare for practical lessons ensuring ingredients, equipment and/or resources are prepared and set up according to lesson plans.
The successful candidate will have:
- 5 GCSEs at Grade C or above or equivalent including Maths and English
- Experience of working with children
- Effective ICT skills
- Ability to work under pressure, and able to adapt quickly to changing circumstances
