We are seeking an inspirational Curriculum Lead of MFL with the drive and vision to deliver excellence in languages lessons for all year groups. You will be knowledgeable of key developments concerning MFL curriculum development and pedagogy and have high expectations of attainment and behaviour. You will be an excellent classroom practitioner who is passionate about your subject and want all our students to develop a love of MFL and to be taught by the very best in our profession, giving them every opportunity to thrive whilst also increasing the number of students studying MFL at GCSE. We would welcome a focus on Spanish and French.
You will develop the quality of subject provision, curriculum, teaching and assessment and will be accountable for subject performance and improvement and supporting the subject team to achieve the best outcomes for all students. You will also work with the allocated SLT link to analyse subject performance data to ensure students are appropriately targeted for support and ensure the consistency of subject delivery.
