As the largest secondary school in South Tyneside, with over 1600 students, and over 200 members of staff, both part time and full time, you can imagine that this role is extensive. The overall aim of the role is to ensure that everyone is in the right place at the right time. Responsibilities are for organising staff to ensure every area of school life is appropriately covered, maintaining our MIS system for student and staff data and with an involvement in the school admissions process and co-ordinated arrangements. This is a demanding role but one that makes a real and significant difference to the education and working day of many people
The post is 37 hours a week, and an early start each working day is essential.
