We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, highly motivated and administrator to support the work undertaken by the Careers Leader and their team. This is a maternity cover position starting in September until the 16th July 2021. The end date may be reduced or extended depending on the return of the current postholder.

We are looking for someone who would help us monitor provision and be able to identify gaps in provision for individuals and groups. They would then be able to work in school and with external agencies to create opportunities for our young people to meet their needs.
The successful candidate will:
- Have excellent interpersonal skills
- Be able to develop and maintain highly effective relationships
- Have the ability to project manage their own work
- Work as an effective member of a team
The careers programme within Churchill Community College is second to none and Churchill was a pilot school for the Gatsby benchmarks.
The closing date is 9am on Friday 26th June and we plan to interview by video link to maintain current government advice in relation to social distancing the following week. Job packs are available to download from this site or our website www.churchillcommunitycollege.org. Please use the information to outline your strengths and how you could contribute to the development of the Careers Provision at Churchill Community College. Completed applications should be returned to Heather Bell, Headteacher’s PA, via email: firstname.lastname@example.org
Churchill Community College is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and we expect all staff and volunteers to share this commitment. Churchill Community College is a dynamic, exciting place to work with many opportunities available for staff and students. The College was graded Outstanding by OfSTED in June 2014 – in every aspect. We are also a newly designated Teaching School with an excellent reputation as a high performing school; our value added data places us first against similar schools in the whole country and thirty-fifth against all schools nationally. Our support for NQTs, and those recently qualified, along with our staff development programme were praised by OfSTED as being outstanding.Visit School Website
