We are seeking to appoint an exceptional and ambitious leader to join our Senior Leadership Team as Assistant Headteacher (Standards & Support).
This is a key strategic role focused on behaviour, attendance and student support, ensuring that every young person at QEHS is safe, happy and achieves highly.

‘QE’ is a successful, mixed 13-18 comprehensive with just over 1,300 students on roll. Expertise in leading whole-school systems such as behaviour and attendance would be highly advantageous.
The successful candidate will play a central role in shaping the school’s culture and support systems. The DSL responsibility will be developed over time, allowing the postholder to fully embed themselves in the life of the school.
