Churchill Community College is seeking to appoint a highly qualified, motivated and ambitious teacher with the highest personal and academic standards to assist our Head of Maths in leading our Maths Department; someone who is an outstanding practitioner, with high expectations and a record of achieving the best outcomes for their students.
We are looking for someone with drive, energy, a genuine love for teaching and learning, a passion for Maths and someone who has the vision and determination to assist in leading the Maths Department to ensure all our students receive excellence every day.

The successful candidate will:
- Assist the Head of Department to lead the strategic direction and development of the department
- Drive forward the quality of teaching and learning in the department
- Assist in the provision of an appropriately broad, balanced and differentiated curriculum
- Be an exemplar of best practice
