We are looking for a creative, passionate, innovative and outstanding teacher of KS3 & 4 Art & Design (Art and Photography) to join our growing faculty.
This position offers an exciting opportunity to join a collaborative, friendly and supportive team of Art, Design and Technology and Music specialists, committed to high standards of teaching, learning and achievement.
You will have your own teaching space with access to a variety of well-equipped resources. The team needs an Art & Design teacher who can convert passion and enthusiasm into increasingly successful results and maximise the potential of all learners. We are looking for someone with a belief in the potential of every child and that, through hard work, all students can achieve success irrespective of their starting point. The Faculty believes that each of our students should leave school with a creative spark and passion which inspires them to discuss artworks, visit galleries and continue their interest in art throughout their lives. Giving them the ability to express themselves in a creative, imaginative and confident way.
The post will initially be temporary for one academic year, with the likelihood of it becoming a permanent position for a suitable candidate. We welcome applications from both experienced teachers and those that are just coming into teaching.
