We are seeking an individual to:
- To provide administrative support for the Headteacher and Senior Leadership Team.
- To be responsible for the effective and efficient running of the school office, ensuring correct staffing and customer and working relationships are maintained.
- To facilitate the smooth running of the school administrative processes e.g., student admissions and records, recruitment and staffing paperwork, ensuring cover for absent staff, etc
- To ensure all duties undertaken are maintained in a professional manner.
- To contribute to the safeguarding and promotion of the welfare of children and young people regarding Keeping Children Safe in Education.
The successful candidate will have:
- NVQ Level 3 or equivalent or relevant experience of working in a similar role.
- Experience of working in an office environment, providing high level administrative support
- Ability to plan and develop effective administrative functions
- Competence of Microsoft (Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, etc)
- It would be advantageous if the successful candidate has some experience of GDPR, subject access requests and freedom of information requests.
