As part of a team, you will provide academic support for individuals and groups, enabling them to achieve their potential, whether in class, exams or in getting them ready for their next steps in the world. Your approach will be to provide a pastoral care for them, as well as the academic side, and you will promote and help them with independent study skills.
Your interpersonal skills will help you work students with a range of backgrounds and support needs, and with colleagues and a range of professionals to support a holistic approach.
This is a new role in the Academy, and we would want to hear from individuals who feel they can contribute and develop this role, which will improve the range of support we provide for our students.
