Required from September 2024
A dynamic and enthusiastic Student Mentor is required to support our Senior Student Mentor. The successful candidate will work closely with pastoral teams, the current attendance officers, outside agencies as well as communicating with parents and carers.
The work will include forming positive relationships with students and their families as well as managing regular appointments. It is expected that the successful candidate will continue to promote strategies to motivate, help improve attendance and encourage wellbeing.
You may also be required to participate in development and training opportunities as and when they arise.
The successful applicant will have experience of working with young people and the ability to communicate with a variety of audiences.
