We are thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity for a Higher-Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join our dedicated team at St Matthew’s Catholic Primary School in Prudhoe.

The successful candidate will:
- Be an enthusiastic and motivated practitioner with high expectations of themselves and for our children
- Be willing to join our staff team to further improve outcomes for our children and participate fully in the life of our vibrant school
- Have an understanding of the needs of SEND children across our nurturing and inclusive school, supporting class teachers in reviewing short term SMART targets on SEND support plans
- Have experience of delivering a Phonics programme
- Be able to work with parents to provide the very best support for all our children
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- A collaborative and cooperative approach to teamwork.
