The successful applicant will be a hard working and conscientious individual who will have the ability to undertake different roles within a senior leadership team, but who has a particular passion for leading and developing the quality of teaching and learning based on a sound understanding of the academic research into what works.
‘QE’ is a successful, mixed 13-18 comprehensive with just over 1,300 students on roll.
