Prudhoe Community High School requires a full time, permanent Teacher of Maths with the ability to teach across Key Stages 3, 4 and 5 starting 1st September 2026. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious and innovative teacher who wants to make a real difference to the lives of our students through their passion for teaching Maths.
The Maths Department at P.C.H.S. has an excellent working atmosphere among colleagues with teamwork and mutual support being at the heart of what we do. We are enthusiastic and we are innovative. Schemes of work are planned, in house, collaboratively.
Each teacher has their own dedicated modern, well equipped classroom/lab. There is also a Maths Department Office. We are looking for a proactive team player who wants to develop their career in a reflective, welcoming environment.

We are a 13-18 High School with approximately 793 students on roll (currently 200+ in Sixth Form).
Prudhoe Community High School is a very hardworking and caring school which draws students from
100 square miles around Prudhoe. We have a very good examination record at GCSE and A Level.
