We are seeking to appoint a Kitchen Supervisor to assist the Chef Manager in the daily duties of preparing meals for students at St Bede’s Catholic School and Sixth Form, Lanchester. The successful candidate will have the ability to ensure that food quality, presentation and service are prepared to a high standard.
We are seeking an individual to:
- Assist the Chef Manager plan, organise and provide catering operations to ensure that food quality, presentation and service are provided to high standards, as defined by the Trust Catering Team. The successful candidate will deputise when the Chef Manager is unavailable, catering for all school service periods, important events and special services.
The successful candidate will hold the City & Guilds 7061 and 7062 or an equivalent NVQ, along with a relevant Health & Safety and Food Hygiene qualification and will bring experience of catering in large quantities to a high standard in an education or commercial setting.
