We have an exciting opportunity to join our School as a SEN Support Manager to work in collaboration with our Special Educational Needs Department in ensuring the needs of our students are met and to take a lead in the administrative and management function of the team.
The ideal candidate will have:
- experience of managing a small team/function, preferably within a school environment
- an outgoing personality and is able to work with both students, staff and parents in challenging and complex situations
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage own workload.
Experience of working in a SEN department would be advantageous however training will be given to ensure the right candidate succeeds in this role.
