St Augustine’s Catholic Primary School is a larger than average primary school in the heart of Leam Lane Estate, Gateshead. We are seeking to appoint a passionate, professional, and highly motivated individual who is competent in teaching across the primary age range to join our supportive and successful team.
The successful candidate will:
- Be enthusiastic, dedicated and committed to providing the best education and opportunities for our pupils.
- Have excellent subject knowledge, communication skills and be keen to develop and share their own practice.
- Be experienced, effective and love teaching.
- Be well organised, knowledgeable and skilful in ensuring children make good progress and overcome barriers to learning.
- Have strong classroom management skills.
- Demonstrate consistently high expectations in all aspects of their work.
- Understand the needs of SEND.
